I'd gotten fairly out of shape – up above 105 kg – by the time
Spring 2019 came around. So it was time to resume running.
2019-04-13, jogged (with some walking) up to Maridalsvannet; walked (with
some jogging) home again; took 96 minutes (including the stairs). My average
speed, 6.7 km/hr, was barely over walking speed.
Four days later, I jogged up to the dam at Nydalen (just over 3 km, 105m
up, 26m down) and walked home at a brisk pace, totalling 53 minutes (just over 7
km/hr). I'm dragging 105ish kg around wherever I go.
2019-04-28: 52 mins, up to the bridge above Nydalen and home again (6.5
km, 138 m up and down, 7.45 km/hr). A fair portion walked, still (roughly 1.5
km, 48m up, 27 down).
After that I failed to find any enthusiasm for it.
